This hood latch is going to replace one worn out or damaged foot latch on the interior of your RV. This is going to be a direct replacement for many different latches on your class C RVs, so it's a very good chance that it will be a direct replacement for the one on your RV.It does include the mounting screws to help you get this mounted in place, and overall I think it's going to be a great option for those of you who are needing a new hood latch for your class C RV. It does come with a lifetime warranty from JR Products, so if you did have any problems with it, you could give them a call and they'd help you out, but I don't think you're going to have any problems. I think this is going to do a good job for you and allow you to get that hood latched in place so you don't have to worry about it anymore. more

Ellen: Hey everyone, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and we're going to be looking at the gas strut. This is to replace a gas strut that's been bent, damaged, or punctured. Something's happened to it on a lid or a door, so it's going to help to hold that up so you can load things in without it coming down and hitting you in the head or hitting you on the hand and also help to lift that door if it's a little bit heavier. This is a 30-pound gas strut so that's the amount of force that it can push up. It cannot be compressed by hand, so whenever you're putting this on there, you will need to have that door open. As far as the length, it is a 18-inch length overall. more

These are a small, clear little rubber bumper there that's going to help protect your RV walls from being damaged by your door handles or your drawer corners. They are adhesive backed so it's very easy to peel them off, put them where you need them so that they can absorb some of that shock if you're opening up your door and your handle hits the wall, it won't allow it to cause as much damage.These are very small in profile, they're only about half inch in diameter. So they're going to be very conspicuous being that clear, transparent color. more

Today, we're going to take a look at the Rubber Hood Latch by JR Products. Now, this hood latch will replace a worn or damaged hood latch on the interior of your RV. This rubber hood latch is designed to replace most latches found on the interior of Class C RVs. It will also work on LP bottle covers. Total length on it is one and five-eighths inch when it's closed, and two and a half inches overall. It does include the mounting screws to install the brackets, and then your rubber, this portion is rubber, will latch right into that bracket just like that. more

This is going to have 80 pounds of force to help lift your RV entry door or your storage door, so it's going to keep that door from just slamming closed. It helps to lift it up so you don't have to and should be a direct replacement for any gas shock that might have busted on you or gotten bent somewhere along the way. The compressed length is going to be about 11 1/2 inches long, so 11.41 according to their measurements. The total length whenever we have at extended is about 20 inches, so that's going from where it mounts here, so about there to there, it's about 20 inches. So if we go from that same sort of spot, our compressed length will be about like that. more

So this is going to be a replacement for one worn out or damaged frame on your entry door. And basically, it's just these two pieces, the outside piece is going to have pre-installed butyl tape to make sure that everything is nice and sealed, and then that's going to fit over our inside frame to keep everything nice and tight. So on the inside, we'll have our screws or our hardware attachment points, so we can get everything mounted up.You will use a number six flathead by one and a half inch long screws, which, they are not included, so you will have to pick this up on your own, but that should be the screw that you need to get everything installed.As far as the measurements for our frames themselves, they'll match each other, so I'm just going to measure one. It's about 12 inches for the interior width, by 21 for the length exterior measurements. more

So as far as the size, measures about 12 or really more about 11 and 1/2 inches wide by about 2 inches; and then the thickest portion is about 3/4ths of, or really more like 5/8ths of an inch. As you can see, I just knocked all the hardware that it comes with it around, but it does come with the four screws to mount these up so we don't have to worry about you reusing the old hardware. We can just replace that with our new catches.As far as measurements, these are going to be about 2-1/2, or, yeah, 2-1/2" long by about 3/4" wide and about 1/2" deep. more

So if something happened to that original door trigger and you need a new one, this is going to be a part for you to keep all your compartment doors nice and secured whenever you need them to be. And also open up properly and easily, whenever you want to open them up. It does come with the hardware to get this mounted up, so you don't have to worry about picking up any extra parts for this.As far as the length, it's about four inches long from this edge of the housing to the back of that attachment piece on our tab at the end there. more

This is going to come in black and it's basically just going to keep your camper secured and safe whenever you're not using it or while you're in transit.Basically it's just this little kind of cam lever. This is black powder coated, so matches with just about anything out there.It does make the connection between this little nub and the indent on the inside a little bit hard to release. As you use it, I'm sure that'll get kind of worn down, so it probably won't be as difficult to open over time and also when you actually have it mounted onto something rather than it just sitting here. more
